Construction

The exterior of the houses are similar in character to a rustic Tuscany-style house with stone walls and clay tile roofs. These materials are set off with red ochre render walls to the carport, balconies and yard walling. The theme continues internally with cotto floor tiles and timber flooring. Dark bronze aluminium windows and timber doors are in the same vein. The kitchen and bathrooms are unashamedly contemporary.

Services
Each house is connected to main power, water and data services with energy saving LED fittings installed for lighting. Each property has it own standby generator with a fifth to serve the common areas of the compound. Solar heating panels are provided to heat water for the bathroom with an under sink heater in the kitchen. Further, there is a reserve underground water tank for each household.
